INTRODUCTION
Dublin South Citizens Information Service (“DSCIS”) is a limited
company, one of eight national of Citizens Information Service
(“CIS”) companies funded and supported by the Citizens Information
Board (“CIB”).
DSCIS provides free, confidential and independent information, advice
and advocacy support to members of the general public on their rights
and entitlements to public and social services. Dublin South Citizens
Information Service operates from nine locations across the Dublin
South region.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR TENDERS (RFT)
DSCIS must ensure competitive tendering for goods and services.
DSCIS places a strong emphasis on the quality of the service that it
provides. We are seeking applications from suitably qualified people
or organisations to conduct access audit in two locations operated by
Dublin South Citizens Information Service.
TIMEFRAME
We would expect the contract to commence in November **Apply on the

REQUIREMENTS
The successful tenderer will conduct access audit in two locations
operated by Dublin South Citizens Information Service. Our current
office locations are Tallaght, Clondalkin, Lucan, Ballyfermot,
Liberties, Crumlin, Dun Laoghaire and Dundrum. Each location has a
reception area and up to 5 consultation rooms. The proposed offices to
carry out the access audit are our Tallaght and Clondalkin offices.
